How long is your online doctor consultation service? Do I have to pay additional fees if the standard call time is exceeded?
The online doctor interview time is planned as 20 minutes. There is no additional charge if the scheduled call time is exceeded. The duration of your appointments varies for psychologist, nutritionist, and dietitian appointments.
How and when can I pay for the online doctor consultation service?
Online call service fee can be paid by credit card. You must make your payment before the interview.
What happens if I do not attend the online doctor meeting at the appointment time?
You can cancel your appointment or set a new appointment date if you give information by calling the contact center 24 hours before your meeting. If you cancel, the fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations of less than 24 hours. If the appointment cannot be made due to a technical problem (battery, internet connection), you can request a new appointment from us.
Am I entitled to a control interview? If yes, within how many days can I use my control interview right?
You can make the Control Video Call free of charge within 10 days by determining an appropriate date and time.
What should I do if laboratory and radiology tests are requested by my doctor?
For laboratory and radiology examinations, you can apply to a center of your choice or to one of the centers we recommend.
Are the information I will give during the online doctor interview and our live interviews recorded?
The content of the interviews is not recorded due to patient confidentiality. It is also illegal for the patient to record the conversation.
