Complaints regarding emergency situations that require medical attention within the first 24 hours following the occurrence of sudden illness, accident, injury, brain and spinal cord injuries, traumas, loss of consciousness, severe burns, chest pain, vomiting and similar situations are not covered by our online doctor consultation services. If you have such symptoms, we recommend that you apply to the relevant emergency health service units without wasting time.

I have been informed about the scope of the ONLINE DOCTOR SERVICE (“Service”) offered through the “DOKTOR10” website and phone applications (“Online Platform”). I was enlightened that
- Consultation opportunity will be offered by Doktor10 physicians via the Online Platform,
- The service is not equivalent to the examination in cases that require the patient and the physician to be together,
- For all my medical diagnosis and treatment needs, I should apply to my doctor of my own free will and be physically examined,
- I need to apply to the nearest emergency room without wasting time on matters that concern my health and are of urgency,
- Otherwise, "DOKTOR10" platform cannot be held responsible for the negative consequences that may occur.
